Darnell is a public health professional with a Master of Public Health degree from the American College of Education and a Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM). He is currently completing his PhD research at Howard University on CRISPR-based diagnostics for viral infections, work that deepens his expertise in interpreting complex health data and applying it to real-world health strategies.
With over seven years of experience in public health and three years specializing in nutrition, Darnell focuses on using evidence-based nutrition to help clients make sustainable changes that can improve overall health and support wellness goals related to chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular health. He blends scientific rigor with a systems-level perspective to design sustainable, personalized nutrition plans that address both individual goals and the broader factors that influence health.
